The hotel was pleasant and exceptionally comfortable with nice personnel. The breakfast meal was efficient and splendid with bread & rolls and rolls and basic healthy foods. The provided service was excellent.

No kettle in room! Had to go to hotel bar for late night cup of tea which was very expensive. Also not enough blankets and pillows provided so was a bit cold during night.

Just a short walk from Munster and the hotel did a fairly good buffet breakfast! Also, the hotel is just a street away from a lovely charming park - perfect for afternoons reading in the sunshine.

The hotel is a bit outside of the Altstadt, but easy reachable on foot, thus the location is perfect.

We were quite disappointed about the room. On the pictures everything looks nice and moderne. But our room was in one of the two guesthouses and much older and simpler furnished. It looked completely different. Also the beds are pretty old and uncomfortable. As another entrance was right by the window we could keep the window opened. Anyway, the room was clean and the bathroom was okay.
